Finishing an addition to a residential home that had already started in Coral Gables. The previous superintendent left the company for personal reasons.

Managed the Department of Specialists providers within the Medical clinic. Managed and coordinated provider/patient schedules. Oversaw 20 employees from house keeping, lobby reps, front desk and medical assistants. Provided customer service for all patients on a daily basis. Ensured communications between all departments within the clinic.

Worked on a 25,000 SF facility for Avis rental cars in Ft. Lauderdale. Also worked on a Medical Examiners Facilty in the keys (Marathon).

• Responsible for keeping track of all submittals, transmittals, shop drawings and RFI's, RFP's, change orders, specifications with Owners and daily reports with field superintedent.
• Did some minimal estimating for materials and scheduling using Primavera.

Worked on single family homes from foundation to completion.

• Completed projects within budget constraints by negotiating favorable terms with suppliers and monitoring expenses closely.
• Coordinated required inspections with local jurisdictions to identify and quickly resolve any code concerns.
