Victor Diaz

I've spent 20 years teaching in social studies classrooms. I have 2 years of middle school basket ball coaching experience from Springfield Middle School, one year of experience coaching 4th and 5th grade soccer at Woodlawn Elementary School, and two years experience coaching soccer at Woodlawn Middle School. In those years we have one parish championship and were 2nd place in the 2024 school year.

I have always loved soccer, like I love history. It is wonderful that I am able to have opportunities to utilize these passions in my professional career. While I am competitive as a coach, I also understand the importance of sports in a young person's life. I push all players to show positive classroom behavior, including behavior and academics as I believe student athletes should be an example for the entire student body. I hope to build good team skills and good character in the players I coach.
