
As the founder of VF Autocare, I leveraged my problem-solving skills and customer service acumen to significantly grow my client base, achieving a loyal monthly clientele. My experience as a tennis coach for younger kids and business collaborator has honed my communication and teamwork abilities, ensuring the completion of tasks and producing a higher customer satisfaction rate with my work/service.
During the warmer seasons from late spring to mid fall, I have my own detailing business for cars (VF Autocare).
Through the last year I have built up a substantial amount of clients and have some on a monthly plan.
* Communication- Talking with people, helping others, working through issues
* Problem Solving- Working through issues and finding solutions that are most beneficial to all parties
* Customer Service- I learned through detailing that things such as tone of voice, vocabulary, and body language can immensely improve customer satisfaction Scheels further enhanced my skills of customer service and how to handle situations where the customer may not be the happiest going in
* Teamwork- Our customer service team at Scheels is smaller yet maintaining good teamwork allows us to thrive and do our jobs efficiently Asking or providing help to co-workers is an occurrence that happens multiple times throughout a shift
