Forward Bulkhead Splice Plate

• Worked with engineering to recreate an instruction on how to bond pyron and seals more efficiently and more understanding to technicians.
  
• Saved thousands of dollars on paint and labor hours by working with engineering to remove the paint step on the undensified part of pyron. Saving 2 hours of labor and 2 jars of S13NT paint.

Nose Cone Seal

• Worked with engineering to create a method of shooting RTV in the new nose cone seal tool.
• Labeled and created washer stack up for installation.
• Created a new bagging method in injection tank that has since produced 2 perfect seals with no void findings in X- Ray inspection.
• Worked with X-Ray team/ engineers to come up with method to find voids in seal and help identify them to the technician. This method targets the voids more efficiently and causes less rework.

Xirca

• Worked with engineering to create steps and hard stops in work order to avoid mistakes and issues.
• Created method in bonding of Triple stacks to finish in the allotted time that’s asked.
• Finished a 2 rack infusion in a one week with the team that all passed testing and was able to get us back to rate.

Side Hatch

• Completed full side hatch build in one week successfully.
• Worked with engineering to create method in making thermal seals that changed success rate from 60 percent to 90 percent.
