I am a hard working, self motivated professional who is committed to our oath to organize all workers in our industry and to aid and assist my fellow members. I am proficient in Spanish and English which has allowed me, along with my strong interpersonal skills, to reach across cultural divides to ensure that all members are heard. This has created an environment that has led to many circumstances in which I was able to lead and participate in Political Activism, Outreach and Apprentice/Member Development. I have assisted our officers in organizing efforts, by identifying and providing pertinent information of non union work and workers. I have collaborated with our organizer in establishing contact with said workers. Through this exposure, I have been able to approach and stablish relationships of trust with non union fire stoppers at my current jobsite.
Through my participation in said political activity I have established and nurtured relationships with labor and political leaders in the state of Nevada.
