Managed the design of a community-focused cultural center, integrating local heritage with sustainable techniques and deep site analysis to optimize natural light and pedestrian flow. I delivered detailed hand-drawn technical plans and a high-quality physical scale model for a formal jury presentation, ensuring a balance between open aesthetics and functional design.

Project Beta (2024)

This project involved re-engineering an inefficient residential layout to eliminate dead space and optimize flow between the kitchen and living areas. By ensuring structural and plumbing compliance and documenting the changes, the redesign demonstrated how strategic modifications significantly increase functional utility.

Took the lead in setting up this club from scratch, which involved getting school approval and finding our first 15 members.

Handled all the "behind-the-scenes" work like booking rooms, setting meeting agendas, and making sure everyone knew the schedule. Managed the club’s small budget and social media, ensuring every post and expense was tracked with great attention to detail.

Facilitated daily inspections alongside project manager to guarantee construction accuracy in alignment with blueprints.

Assisted in taking site measurements and levels to verify proper placement of foundation and structural elements. Recorded site diary entries detailing weather conditions, material deliveries, and daily labor counts with precision.

Liaised between the site foreman and the main office to report any discrepancies found during walk-throughs.

Ensured all safety protocols were followed on-site, keeping a close eye on potential hazards during active construction phases.
