Victor Parrish

With 25 years of field surveying experience and 22 years as a crew chief, I would be an asset to the City of Raleigh Surveying Group. Among my achievements, I have produced high-quality work with efficient project execution, enhancing team performance through strategic training and mentoring. I have extensive experience in construction, NCDOT, As-built, boundary, and topographic surveying. My communication skills are very strong, especially with clients. My main objective is to further advance my skills in complex projects while driving excellence in surveying practices.
