  • Process Improvements: I turned around a facility that was losing $150,000 a month in revenue to turn a profit in my first two months in the facility. Accomplished this by ensuring things took place: 1) that all billable hours were entered accurately and timely. 2) Managing internal labor to volume.
  • In February 2024, I was laid off due to facility closure. Before October 2023, the facility brought in $225,000 in sales; by October 2023, overall sales were down to $85,000 a month, which led to the closure. The client loss was primarily due to the increase in pricing rates for 2024.
