Consultant

Men's Wearhouse
Pasadena, CA
12.2022 - Current

I currently work at Mens Wearhouse, this job in general is very stressful and pays very little. I first got hired here while I was a senior in high school. That was when days were a little easier, and I’ve evolved and I’ve stayed with the company since then. My loyalty to the my employer is strong but there has been some animosity between management and workers. Facilitated wedding arrangements and performed precise measurements, showcasing expertise in customer service and product knowledge. Along with using the register I’m very responsible when it comes to keeping things organized and professional. I often meet people who leave reviews and I’ve received over 50 to 100 reviews on Medalia,(surveys) and I have a 9.7 satisfaction rate. I’m very proficient when it comes to helping a customer choose what they want.

Elitch Gardens is my first job I’ve ever had, this also was a job where I learned how to count the register and cash people out speedy quick. I have adapted to frequent store changes and performed end-of-day bank reconciliations as a retail associate at Six Flags. Well-being at this job, I would have to adjust myself to standing for long periods of time often 4 to 5 hours and I would often have to look around for people people who are trying to steal within our stores. Elitch Gardens is the job where I had taught myself to tidy a store consistently so I can represent the company.

Food Preparation Worker

Taco Bell
Denver, CO
12.2020 - 04.2021

My time at Taco Bell it was pretty fast and truly simple. This is where I learned to multitask, I would prepare the food after it’s being made while I take orders on the mic. If I’m not taking orders or bagging up food, I’m preparing drinks or on the floor cleaning. I’m preparing the store for customers to come in. I was very hands-on and I had to be 100% locked in to what I was doing. I am good under pressure and I did not get overstimulated very easy. Taco Bell is where I learned that customer satisfaction is top priority.
