Assabet Dental Group gave me the opportunity to train one-on-one with Dr.Shaikh and her Dental Assistant for 8 months. While interning at a General practice I can confidently assist with crown prep and placement (CEREC and lab), bridges, EMAX's, root canals, fillings, Invisalign button placement, and retainers, etc. Not only can I achieve these procedures, working with patients has allowed me to build confidence when communicating with patients, and making sure they're satisfied with their care by accommodating to each of them. I was extremely lucky to be given the opportunity to intern at ADG, contributing to the confidence of my position as an official dental assistant!
