  • Attend meetings with prospects throughout the sales cycle. Creating Excel sheets to organize data which shows how many of our clients are house accounts in each OU. Utilize Salesforce as our CRM, creating prospects and clients, estimating, and creating proposals. Creating clients in Salesforce to log all house accounts across the OUs. Gathering data on competitors. Specifically, their strengths, weaknesses, tech counts, and estimated revenue in order to calculate our estimated market share. This included doing research on our competitors and meeting with the Regional Operations Managers across the company. Meeting with the teams within the service department to learn more about how we flow, as well as what equipment we work on. This included Technician ride-alongs and project manager ride-alongs.

  • One off onboarding for the intern program as well as technician enrollment in safety training. I was an intern liaison over the summer of 2024. Create courses on their learning and development app. Plan, schedule, and order items for large events, such as food and hotel reservations. I have become very comfortable editing videos for our company’s learning and development team as well as the IT department.
