A general ward that consists of a 40-bed capacity. I was responsible for performing the following key responsibilities:

• Delivered compassionate care to increase comfort and psychological, social and spiritual well-being.
• Provided direct patient care and support in various healthcare settings.
• Administered medications and monitored patient responses to treatments.
• Collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans.
• Educated patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
• Maintained accurate medical records and documentation for compliance.
• Assisted in training new nursing staff on protocols and procedures.
• Implemented infection control practices to ensure patient safety.
• Participated in community health outreach programs to promote wellness initiatives.
• Recorded patient condition, vital signs, recovery progress and medication side effects.
