I have a background in retail therapy as where as caregiving for dementia patients. My first job was waitressing and cashiering at Golden Corral, from there I started working at a local Belk store. I've worked at multiple retail stores and my most recent job was at Hendrick working as a business development representative setting appointments, answering and making calls for 14 Hendrick locations in the area and Florida. I recently got promoted to team lead and appreciate my time there but know it's time for change.
I worked at Hendrick Automotive answering and making phone calls for 14 of the companies stores. I was responsible for calling guests and setting up needed appointments for their vehicles and reminding them of any upcoming appointments. I recently got promoted to team lead taking on a little more responsibility by helping run breaks, sending outbound calls and helping the team out where needed.
