Accomplishments

I worked my way up to Senior Patient Service Specialist with Select Physical Therapy by identifying deficiencies in training and providing support for our 11 other Patient Service Specialists in the market where there wasn't previously any cohesion. Because of the leadership I established, and support with continued training, the turnover rate was at an all time low when I left the clinic.
