Type and process death certificates , Contact families regarding questions/issues regarding their loved one's death certificate, work with the local health department to process death certificates and burial permits
Assist families in making funeral, cremation, shipment of remains arrangements, processing of death certificates via Cal-IVRS (EDRS), working with the local county coroner's offices and doctor's offices in securing death certificates within a timely manner
