A team player that is always looking for ways to improve upon myself and work. As a mom of 3 boys, classroom management skills are second nature to me. Every student has the ability to succeed and given the proper nurturing and guidance, they can develop skills to help them in all aspects of life. Firm believer in a restorative classroom, which allows those that put in the time and effort to better themselves and their grades. - Supervised lunchroom and in-school detention when necessary.
- Took over class for regular classroom teacher, managing assignments, student needs and recordkeeping during all long term placements.
