Over the last six years, I have manged some of the largest state assignments in our company. As a renewal underwriter, in my most successful year, I wrote 112% over the premium goal for the state of GA. Through my three years as a new business underwriter, I have helped drive the success in the state of IL and have written the most premium over the last year.
I have worked as a training advocate. This has allowed me to teach new underwriters to form critical thinking skills, how to classify accounts, manage agency relationships, and build strong working partnerships. In that same realm, I was part of the company's Underwriting Guideline Committee. This allowed me to work in tandem with other underwriters to review, dissect, and develop more efficient processes.

In year 2024, I received the "Trail Blazer" award. This award is given to the underwriter in our department who contributes to the growth of the company both internally and externally. My relationships with my co-workers, agents, sales partners, insureds, and safety counterparts alike are the most important piece of what I do.
