• Served as a general-duty corpsman in the pharmacy, supporting 270,000 beneficiaries, including active-duty service members, dependents, and retirees.
• Conducted patient consultations, managed medical supplies, and ensured accurate dispensing of medications.
• Promoted to shift lead over the drive-thru pharmacy, overseeing 13 civilians and corpsmen, managing schedules, and ensuring efficient operations.

Naval Medical Readiness and Training Command (NMRTC) Jacksonville

• Transitioned to the ICU, working in a 10-bed unit, and became a shift lead.
• Provided advanced critical care and contributed to team productivity through leadership and delegation.
