Prompt: Creating Any product geared to our desired industry
Concept: Designed a lip gloss based off ergonomic comfortability and fits within the curvatures of a consumers hands. Wanted to push the normative concept of a square or rectangular lip gloss.
Inspiration/Research: Gained Inspiration from R.E.M beauty, the ideology around the effortless effect lip oil has on GenZ consumers and reimaging the applicator size and shape to better translate that.
Senior Capstone - Blume Fragrance Primers:
Concept: a line of five fragrance primers that add the element of customization to any desired fragrance. Separated into "woody, floral, fresh, green, and spicy" scents to act as an enhancer that primes and locks scent. Blume highlights growth in the fragrance primer market, reflects the importance of the combination of personal scents and mood, and allows opportunities for customization.
Product Design: Designed to mold to your hands linking the aspect of a primers "first instinct" use, making it natural to hold.
Product Launch for Global Markets - Lip Jelly Stain:
Prompt: We were given a country and had to chose a brand and launch a new product based off market research and trend analysis.
Concept: My country was Vietnam, I chose to launch Pixi by petra and introduced a new Lip Jelly Stain.
Ideation/Research: Vietnam's lip and eye category are skyrocketing, and consumers want something multifaceted, easy, and show long wearing results. Lip Jelly Stain not oil comes in three colors to compliment each skin tone, it also doubles as a cheek tint to give your cheeks a plump and hydrating feel.
Design: Lip Jelly Stain is designed with a thick double walled PCR plastic bottle for aesthetic purposes as well as showcasing product durability. The wand is designed to fit comfortability on the consumers skin and lips as well as making it easier to disperse gloss evenly and seamlessly.
