- Mitigated Unit's workload by reviewing and evaluating legal documents, including pleadings and discovery materials.
- Finalized documents by proofreading for citation errors, typographical errors, and particularly unclear sentence structure.
- Monitored and organized all in-coming e-mails from the Outlook group inbox, forwarding case related e-mails and attachments to assigned attorneys.
- Utilized the Oklahoma Corporation Commission's online Case Processing system.
- Organized and maintained the Unit's physical case files and electronic shared drive case folder and discovery log/folder.
- Assisted counsel in preparing answers, providing documentation and information for discovery request.
- Coordinated hearing trial exhibits by organizing and preparing documents.
- Filed pleadings in person at the Oklahoma Corporation Commission Court Clerk's Office.
- Served and disseminated filings via e-mail to all appropriate parties involved in a case.
- Closed cases after a final order is issued by the OCC.
