As a Former Beauty Advisor, now a Lead Cashier at Ulta, I am responsible for sales and providing excellent customer service. The skills I have gained from working with Ulta are communication, learning, and advising customers about products I am selling, and helping customers achieve their desired results.

As a Crew Trainer at McDonald's, I am responsible for training and mentoring new crew members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills to provide excellent customer service. I lead by example and demonstrate effective communication and teamwork skills to create a positive work environment. Additionally, I assist in the smooth operation of the restaurant, taking on various responsibilities such as managing inventory and ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are met. Currently, I am en route to the management program at McDonald's.

As a Crew Team Member at Culver's, I was responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and creating a welcoming environment. I was responsible for the cleanliness of the restaurant. I gained experience in customer service and team collaboration, as well as skills in communication with customers and working amongst my fellow coworkers.
