  • As a front-desk I have learned the significance of ''first contact'' as well as overseeing office tasks like uploading important documents and files, redirecting customers and handling private customer information.
  • After gaining a general knowledge about how to assist customers with their insurance policies, I was promoted to Insurance agent and later entrusted with CVR, a 'Computerized Vehicle Registration' program, receiving certification and proper training which allowed me to issue plates directly from the agency.
