Provided trauma-informed, supportive counseling, safety planning, and crisis intervention for college students and young adults (18–24) impacted by domestic violence, sexual assault, dating violence, and human trafficking.
Facilitated intake assessments, coordinated on-campus services, and maintained regular office hours across three college campuses (STAC, Dominican University, and RCC).
Delivered educational trainings and presentations to diverse student populations, including Resident Assistants, student athletes, and new students, on topics such as consent, bystander intervention, and healthy relationships.
Partnered with Title IX Coordinators and campus personnel to advocate for survivor rights, and improve institutional responses.
Conducted outreach through tabling, awareness events (e.g., Denim Day, Take Back the Night), and campus programming to increase the visibility of services.
Maintained accurate documentation of services, and prepared monthly and quarterly reports.
Engaged in cross-departmental collaboration and upheld anti-oppressive, anti-racist, and LGBTQ+-affirming frameworks in all client interactions.
