• Helped lead the team through a record-setting $2M sales month, staying composed under pressure and keeping staffing, inventory, and customer experience steady during peak volume.
• Serve as a keyholder responsible for opening and closing the building, managing alarms, conducting facility walk-throughs, and quickly addressing any safety, maintenance, or cleanliness issues.
• Submit and track facilities work orders (doors, registers, refrigeration, pest control, security/alarms, HVAC, handyman needs), coordinating and providing practical on-the-ground feedback with on-site maintenance and service providers.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns with a calm, solutions-focused approach, especially when the Store Manager is off-site.
