• Army element lead for US STRATCOM Army Reserve Element (ARE) at Joint Reserve Intelligence Support Element (JRISE) at Buckley AFB during the formation of US SPACE COMMAND (USSPACECOM) and US Space Force.

Deputy Commander / Executive Officer for the Army Reserve Element (ARE), U.S. Indo-Pacific Command, Joint Intelligence Operations Center, Headquarters (USARE USPACOM JIOC HQ), responsible for providing trained and ready Soldiers to meet the operational intelligence requirements of the COCOM commanders in support of Unified Land Operations (ULO) for a ready no force.

• Manages a headquarters staff and executes command and control of 4 detachments, geographically distributed across 4 states, with 98 Soldiers and 4 civilians.
• Conducts liaison and coordinates with supported organizations within the INDOPACOM J2 and JIOC for intelligence production
  requirements in a joint environment.
• Supports ongoing military operations by mobilizing and deploying Soldiers and using reach-back capabilities at remote sites. Supported: Blue Whale, Terminal Fury, Pacific Sentry exercises.
• Directs all command efforts to recruit and retain motivated, qualified Soldiers to meet mission requirements.

• Operations Chief for intelligence products supporting Indo Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) Joint Intelligence Operations Center (JIOC); managing nine field grade level branch chiefs producing real world intelligence products consumed by Title 10 & 50 customers.
• Responsible for coordinating, planning and executing training to support USINDOPACOM JIOC China Division intelligence production requirements.
• Executed coordination USINDOPACOM JIOC active duty staff to train and fulfill requirements for joint exercises and full time/long term orders positions within the JIOC.

Signals Intelligence subject matter expert and deputy portfolio manager for the Air Force’s path finding open source cloud computing effort.

• Managed cloud portfolio to develop an operational SAAS/PAAS prototype supporting space and operational air capability widgets and applications for Air Force and Joint Forces.

• Lead multiple teams of highly specialized analysts in austere environments to field sensitive collections systems in remote areas resulting in increased National and operational collection capability and situational awareness in support of strategic priorities.
• Developed intelligence for over 50 deliberate air assault missions and 125 hasty air assault missions to include the largest combined air assault since the invasion of Iraq in 2004; planned aerial reconnaissance missions after diligent analysis of known IED corridors exposed actionable pattern of life. Missions led to the capture of several enemy IED teams and overall decrease in IED activity by 85% in the area.
