As a member of the JROTC staff program, I am entrusted with several important responsibilities across different operational areas. My duties involve supporting the digital, storage, and security functions, each playing a vital role in the smooth running of our team.
On the digital side, I am responsible for documenting every event that our team participates in. This includes capturing video clips and photographs to ensure a comprehensive record. Once the content is gathered, I post it on a website, for which I am also in charge of creating and maintaining. This allows our activities to be shared and archived in an organized manner.
Managing the storage room is another crucial aspect of my role. I ensure that the space remains clean and well-organized. Additionally, I keep track of our inventory, noting any items that have been depleted and need replenishment. When necessary, I reorder those supplies online to maintain our operational readiness.
Security is a key component of my responsibilities. I am one of the cadets assigned to safeguard the keys to every door, ensuring they are always kept in their designated, secure location. Whenever someone requires a key, I oversee the checkout process, which involves recording their name, grade, date, and time on a dedicated log sheet. This system helps maintain accountability and ensures the safety of our facilities.
