  • Completed a research project of revising nutritional needs of various species of zoo animals, including creating a balanced and approved diet for a southern tamandua.
  • Worked on cases including a shell repair for an Aldabra tortoise, treatment of an abscess on a prehensile-tailed porcupine, leg fracture of a one week old quail, flamingo and turtle egg incubation, pregnancy checks, yearly examinations and vaccinations, preparing and administering daily medications, necropsies, and aided in medical darting for sedated procedures.
