
My name is Victoria White, I graduated High School from Geraldine in 2015. I grew up on a farm and reside there today with my family. I was a waitress and a cook at Katy's Katfish in Rainsville Al. I am currently working at D&S Quailty Beef. I am a butcher, and most importantly plant manger during this role as manager I keep everything in order to work schedules, plans, and making sure everything runs smoothly as possible I talk with customers and explain processes and go over paperwork by sending emails and face to face conversations and also phone calls, I also am HACCP coordinator where I do yearly paperwork for the plant to stay up and running. I am a very goal set worker, hard working and driving to get the job done for the best of the company. To meet goals, and standards for whatever need. I have been at this job for 5 years and have experience and always up for learning new things and tasks. I am a very quick learner and love dealing and communicating to make the customers feel as if they was at home, or dealing with family.
