Personal Statement

I am very convinced about the importance of the arts in the education as an expression of oneself but also as a gift that God gives us to communicate and recreate feelings and emotions. I have completed academic courses and studies in college and private galleries. I have been participating in arts exhibitions in group and solos. I completed 30 credits in arts including studio practices and arts history at the Palm Beach State College toward Art Teacher Certification in 2015. I want to teach and help children and for that purpose I have recently completed an Art Therapy Certification to help children with stress and anxiety. I would like to serve the LORD by serving the community, family, and children through the education. My objective is to apply for teaching open positions, substitute teacher, assistant teacher for visual art and for Spanish language, or an after school counselor for Enrichment Program.
