I assisted in sample collection, microbial biomass DNA extraction, and interpretation of the Multi-Omics analyses, which included microbial deep 16S rRNA sequencing (V4 region), and performed non-targeted metabolomics using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS).
