DaVita provides dialysis services for those diagnosed with chronic kidney failure, a condition also known as chronic kidney disease (CKD). They have over 1,500 outpatient dialysis facilities and acute units in over 700 hospitals. They are located in 43 states and the District of Columbia, serving approximately 115,000 patients.

Responsibilities:

• Informatica Designer tasks include creating mappings, mapplets and transformations and import of source and target metadata
  Used complex data transformations in mapping.

Project Description

Qwest Cash & Treatment offshore project is a subsystem of Central Billing Operations of Qwest Inc., based at Denver, USA. Qwest is a Telephone company and provides Telephone services for 14 states in the USA. These 14 states are divided into three regions namely Eastern, Central and the Western Region. Each region maintains its own billing system. The Billing system for the Central Region is called Central Customer Records Information

System, CCRIS in short. This billing system is again divided into many sub-applications and one of the sub-apps is the Cash and Treatment module. This module caters to the Telecommunication Billing Services, which would include Payments, Adjustments and Treatment for all three regions. This project is to maintain the Cash and Treatment module of Qwest Communications. In addition to the Cash & Treatment modules the project includes CAT reporting tool which is responsible for loading treatment data from all 7 DPC’s. This tool is being used to analyze the credit risk for a customer.
