  • Responsibilities: Understand the business requirements and ensure delivery excellence, prepare programming and technical design according to the project standards. Involved in data asset inventory to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional requirements and data specifications for APM retail lending analytics from sources like Hadoop, Teradata, SAE, SQL Server, Oracle etc. Analyzed data sources, constructed data decomposition diagrams, provided data flow diagrams, and documented the processes.

LCEC currently has many systems like CC&B (customer care and billing), WMIS, TWACS, SCADA, Oracle EBS etc., used in their industry which do not communicate to each other and causing many manual export and manipulation to meet their reporting needs.
  • Tableau Dashboards are designed against their Revenue Assurance, Data Services, Billing Services, Revenue Recovery, Customer Care Center, builder team, Customer Information Services, Equity, Reg & Govt Relations, Meter Dept Reports, Field Supervisors, Work Requests, and System Operators.
