• Team Leadership and Youth Mobilization:
  Led an eight-member team in successfully mobilizing over 5,000 youth from marginalized communities in Nelamangala, Bangalore Rural District.
• Youth Leadership Development:
  Nurtured 48 community youth leaders known as "Preraks," who are now effectively leading 38 youth-based organizations called 'Sangathans' in Nelamangala.
• National-Level Development Initiatives:
  Spearheaded development of system, data, and application-level interfaces, establishing functional relationships at national level.
• Project Expansion:
  Currently overseeing platform development in 12 states across India

• Key Role in 'Just Governance for Human Security Conference 2019':
  Acted as a vital liaison between Caux Forum Secretariat and organizing team, ensuring seamless operation of this international conference.

  Successfully engaged with over 40 organizations, both internal and external to Forum, fostering productive communication and collaboration.
• Conflict Resolution and Issue Handling:
  Expertly managed and resolved conflicts and issues that arose between various organizations, and Forum, maintaining a harmonious atmosphere.

  Diligently monitored, communicated, and coordinated objectives of Caux Forum, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Integral Member of Tata Steel Ltd's Corporate Social Responsibility Team:
  Played a crucial role within CSR team, contributing to various aspects of community engagement and development.

  Innovated existing CSR projects with a specific emphasis on strengthening community connections.

  Identified trends and evaluated opportunities for process enhancement and execution improvement.

  Collaborated with indigenous communities, focusing on documenting their culture and traditions.
• Youth Empowerment through 'Cinema as Tool' and Transformational Leadership:
  Worked with over 250 children, utilizing cinema as a tool, and mentored more than 155 youth across 10 youth groups, emphasizing transformational leadership for social change.
• Team Leadership for RISHTA Project:
  Led RISHTA Project, focusing on Adolescent and Reproductive Sexual Health, and promoted creative communication within field team.
• Transformation of Youth Resource Centers:
  Successfully transformed 3 Youth Resource Centers into Digital Youth Resource Centers through a participative and collaborative approach with youth.
• Core Committee Member for 'Samvaad - A Tribal Conclave':
  Actively contributed to Core Committee of Tata Steel CSR since 2015, responsible for planning and organizing 'Samvaad - A Tribal Conclave.'
• Regional Samvaad Democratization:
  Initiated, organized and facilitated first Regional Samvaad in 2017, decentralising conclave process beyond the main event in Jamshedpur.

• Effective Coordination Across Roles:
  Demonstrated continuous coordination between academic director, program director, and Asia Plateau to ensure smooth operations.

  Actively participated in recruitment process, successfully selecting 24 scholars representing 18 different countries worldwide.
