  • Handling Customer Reported Incidents (CRIs):
  • Handle CRIs of severity 2 to 4: Proficiently manage Customer Reported Incidents, focusing on those rated with severity levels 2 to 4. This involves comprehensive analysis, troubleshooting, and thorough investigation.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis: Expertise in conducting Root Cause Analysis to identify underlying issues and emerging trends that contribute to reported incidents.
  • Create Troubleshooting Guides (TSGs): Develop Troubleshooting Guides based on identified trends to streamline the resolution of common issues, enhancing supportability and incident resolution efficiency.
