• Leading and Building Strategies to develop Innovative Reporting Solutions and Data Analytics to support our Finance and Non Finance Business Partners by closely working with IT on Gen AI, SAP Cloud Analytics, Data Analyzer, Data Sphere and other Analytical tools

• Working as a Business Process Owner (BPO) for J&J Global FP&A to design and build technology enablers with advanced global operational and business finance capabilities by deploying these reporting solutions using a human-centric design approach and agile methodology.

• Acting as a regional lead by deploying and supporting over 100 users from Regional COE (Center of Excellence) and GS (Global Support) on the Consolidation tool, TM1 Bravo, to help them timely deliver global reporting of actuals and planning cycles.

Acting as a India Pharm Finance Business partner supporting Business Franchises thereby Developing pricing strategies, enable implementation of new business models. Monthly Management report preparation of key MIS like Sales Performance, Employee Cost Analysis etc

• Preparing and updating of Budget and Rolling Forecast for Shared Service Centre and providing comments to CEO for Variances of Actual V/s Rolling Forecast V/s Budget.
• Reporting the monthly Financials into Consolidation Tool Hyperion Financial Management
