• LAN/ WAN installation, Configuration and support Cisco routers and switches
• Configure settings of network devices (Cisco routers, switches, access point, and firewall.)
• Remotely guide customers through layer 1 troubleshooting steps.
• Monitor network devices for any packet loss, latency, signal level drops or outages.
• Collaborate with internal workflow specialist to resolve trouble tickets.

• Provide support to distributed PC/networking environment including installation, testing, repair, and troubleshooting for PC's, Mac's and other computer peripherals linked to networks.
• Computer imaging,staging, delivery, setup and incident resolution
• Stocking & inventory management for devices
• Installed cabling, wireless routers and telephone systems for data communications networks.
• Resolved technical issues for end-users by providing timely remote and on-site assistance.
