Summary

During my career at the City of Dearborn Police Department, I have been privileged to serve in a variety of roles ranging from line officer to command staff member. I have had the opportunity to develop my leadership style at multiple ranks, effectively developing my personnel and improving the agency, while remaining true to the goals of community-oriented policing.

My tactical experience at both line and command levels helps me to carefully consider options and effectively execute decisions at the proper time. I am adept at critical thinking and operational and strategic planning, balancing the needs of community stakeholders, the agency, and individual officers, and working within budgetary constraints. Once strategic goals have been identified and clearly defined, I am able to craft policies and procedures that will guide agency personnel to achieving those goals.
