Summary

I joined the Armed Services at 17 years old .When I got out of the Military I had and still have the motivation and self respect that I try to show others I have worked with .I set goals at a young age .Every year I look back at the goals and reflect on the goal .If I did not not meet the expectations of that goal I would find the area that I needed to focus on until I meant that goal .Failure is how you look at it either negative or a positive .I look at failure as a learning tool to move forward to learn . I have been involved in physical fitness since I came out of the Military .I have worked with others to help them achieve .I am self motivated . I apply my self to any task required and see it through.
