  • Inspired a dependable environment, fixated on content mastery by establishing and reinforcing clear objectives via PBL & Blended Learning endeavors that aligned with CCSS and produced maximum student engagement (results show a 97% A-G passing rate across all classes taught).
  • Debate Coach: Instituted a competitive program to compete in the Southern California Debate League (SCDL) with 17 members. Created, hosted, and ran a novice tournament from the South bay Area Middle & High Schools.
  • Golf Program Coach (Boys & Girls): Implemented full programs and managed season budgets and schedules, including coordinating with the SCPGA & Tiger Woods Foundation for full equipment donations.
