I am the Servicewide Opportunities (SWO) Lead Analyst Coordinator for SB/SE Human Capital Workforce Management Hiring Support Team 2. I conduct thorough research before moving forward with a task/service. I utilize appropriate analytical techniques to identify who the point of contact (POC) is to elevate technical account issues with online unemployment accounts. I served as a trainee and an analyst for the Servicewide Opportunity program. For fiscal year 2024, I reviewed, analyzed, processed, and closed SWO announcements since joining the team. I review the SWO SharePoint for updated hiring on a daily and weekly basis and this resulted in updating our the SWO spreadsheet with current and upcoming requests from the Point of Contacts. I updated the Servicewide Opportunity (SWO) data spreadsheet daily which results in safeguarding and tracking our inputs, ranking, and closing of the opportunities. I researched and responded to inquiries on vacant positions submitted through the SWO channel. This resulted in the status update of the SWO SharePoint to avoid delays. I researched USA jobs for the announcement and hiring number of our new hire and job announcements to add to the Adhoc log. I quickly learned all aspects of the SWO program, shared my knowledge to other team members and training new team members. I reviewed, analyzed, processed closed SWO announcements. This resulted in placement of applicants for SWO positions.

I provided one-on-one training on SWO programs. This resulted in the delivery of timely reports, processes, and eliminated work stoppages. I am currently the SWO lead analyst for Workforce Management and consistently contribute to the hiring support team by aiding with recruitment efforts. I utilize a variety of techniques to identify problems and develop clear, concise, and accurate resolutions to address SWO inquiries. I assisted POC s with problem solving with opportunities that needed additional research for accuracy. I provided clear, concise, and corrected resolutions to successfully post job opportunities and rank potential candidates. I compiled information as requested from my superiors and any other necessary data to complete excel spreadsheets and SharePoint timely. I consistently support a work environment free from harassment and discrimination. Customer Satisfaction : I provided the Point of Contact Managers with their list of applicants for the announced SWO position posted and the TODs offered. This results in providing an immediate look back while selecting for a position from the list. I collaborated with my co-analyst in the creation of a new SWO Report and implemented the report. I am tasked with the Servicewide opportunities (SWO) program. I input, edit, and close announcements received for SWO from all SBSE on the SWO SharePoint. I rank applicants and send the eligible candidates' names to the selecting officials to make their determination. I assisted new BOD managers and executives utilizing the SWO program for the first time, by educating, instructing SWO process and requirements to increase efficiency. I consistently followed up with customers inquiries regarding the SWO program and ensured all questions and/or issues were resolved. I commonly keep my lead and peers abreast of any workgroup issues. I am the back up to other analysts during absences. I communicated with SWO Leads, Frontline Managers, and Executives to discuss and resolve any issues or concerns to ensure program goals, schedules, and policies were met. I manage my workload effectively and efficiently, ensuring follow up and feedback are delivered to my customers and peers. I worked closely with my lead and other analysts to complete tasks. I worked independently and have been responsive to all customers requests. For example, I consistently followed up with customer inquiries regarding the SWO program and ensured that all questions and/or issues were resolved.
