Summary

Throughout my life, I have actively participated in team sports, which has shaped me into a strong leader and a quick learner. I understand the importance of being a supportive teammate, as well as being coachable, attentive, and eager to learn. I served as an operator at LyondellBasell for nearly five years. Throughout my tenure, I experienced significant growth both professionally and personally. I took the lead on several projects and had the opportunity to be part of various teams. I became the CNotes Admin, creating pages that automated the distribution of reports to managers, engineers, supervisors, and operators across the plant, enhancing both our efficiency and the reliability of our units. Additionally, I took on the role of EPAS Superuser, conducting trainings on our electronic permitting system at various sites, which improved the quality and efficiency of our permits. This reduced the waiting time for our contractors, allowing them more time to commence work on their tasks.CNotes Admin, building pages that would automate reports that were sent plantwide to managers, engineers, supervisors and operators to better our efficiency as well as our reliability of our units. I also was able to become our EPAS Superuser and gave trainings of our E-permitting to others at multiple sites to help boost our quality and efficiency of our permits which reduced time of our contractors having to wait and giving them more time to get to work on the job.
