I have been successful in Municipal Searches with 20 years experience traveling to Town Hall departments. Duties included receiving paperwork including Building Department permits, Health Department permits, Zoning Department permits and Fire Marshal permits. I perform Real Estate recordings in the Town Clerks Office on a weekly basis and obtain and copy a variety of deeds and documents from the Land Record Vaults across the state. I have some computer experience In Excel. I am a fast learner and capable of data entry. I have some office experience with writing up my search product and scanning and emailing documents.
