• Started off in warehouse organizing, loading and unloading trucks. Checking in merchandise, receiving into the system, putting parts away, calling customers to let them know their orders are ready for pick up. Shipping and receiving with Fedex and UPS. Currently working the counter overseeing the store when the branch manager is not there. Deal with customers on a daily basis by phone or walk in. Real good when it comes to memorization with numbers and parts in general. Been doing this for some years now and seem to be the only one that has knowledge of the parts. I put a lot of effort in knowing and learning the job or task that is thrown at me. Very good at researching to find a part that someone is looking for and have learned two major systems and was the first one to learn it by being hands on with the software. Also, in charge of warranties, filing claims and giving credit to the customers. I also overlook the warehouse and delivery driver, setting up the delivery schedule for the week so the truck can get loaded either the night before or the morning of.
