Vincent Wong

• Worked alongside various projects within the lab to gather both in vitro and in vivo samples for the use in electrophysiology experiments.
• Gained a background in MatLab coding language in order to both analyze and sort both electrophysiological data and staining protocol results.
• Worked with the lab to develop a new protocol for the culturing of various cell lineages on micro electrode arrays
• Troubleshooted various projects, including IHC, cell culturing, micro electrode array preparation, and animal handling.

• Learned the basics of research as a field.
• Worked with my PI to develop and test new methods for analyzing data.
• Gained experience working with mice and gathering different neuron lineages.
