  • Supervised team of over 50 staff members

  • 20 + years in building trades working on residential, mid rise and high rise projects. Responsibilities include oversight of foundation pour at the pit level, floor to floor pours and/or structural slab installation, framing and core boarding of hoistway door entrances, hoistway fire stop, HVAC units for climate control in motor rooms, electrical distribution panels, all types of flooring and finishes of cab walls, RG 6 and fiber optic wiring for communication and many additional items needed for the inspection and turn over of a unit. Responsibilities also include close work with various trades for scheduling, tasking of manpower, JHA and RFI inquiries and final inspection from DOB, delivery, storing and staging of materials and crane picks. I completed 20 years as an Apprenticeship Instructor in the National Elevator Industry Educational Program NEIEP working with the Helmet to Hardhats program for the instruction of young men and women in their development from Apprentice to Journeyman.
