New Graduate Nurse Mentorship Program: Led a group of new graduate nurses and helped facilitate their transition into new-hire nurses. Provided education on commonly seen diagnoses and how to provide effective care. Led skills labs and skills practice, along with providing debriefing sessions once a month to address any concerns during their first year of transition.
