Commercial Sales Operations (CSO) primarily serves Corporate, Enterprise & Public Sector Customers, with services spanning across Offer-to-Order & Order-to-Cash domains. CSO EMEA is one of the pioneers to conceptualize & implement Catalog based ordering across regions, which has developed into the Offer-to-Order & Order-to-Cash processes within GBS. As a Senior Process Analyst of Order-to-Cash processes, I am responsible for Turn-around time & Accuracy of Order Processing
Achieved the best SOTAT 90% Fill-rate of – 0.0 Days for CEE NWE&UKI region.
Ensured untouched orders were zero or at least to minimal Contributed for metrics improvement Team.
Reduction in overall CEE NWE&UKI backlog by 50% & achieved the lowest backlog of < 15 orders for UKI.
Initiated, Designed & Deployed Control reports on “Day1 – 2 Aging”, Weekly Performance Monitoring & “Regional Health Card” reports across regions," Daily Volume & untouched report".
Handling reports which includes backlog reports and Daily Status Report.
SOTAT Analysis report, reporting the Sales Order TAT analysis to Front end Team.
Handling calls with front office and resolving the issue and preparing action plan, evaluate the performance of the team on weekly basis.
Training the new hire and conducting the assessment every quarter.
Updating and maintaining SOP to document all the process changes that were implemented
