  • Work in coordination with the Operator to reduce wet density through continuous monitoring of product at the exit end of the laminator
  • Operate all processing equipment to ensure that all actual running conditions are within the target running conditions according to Johns Manville guidelines
  • Optimize the line to meet and exceed our wet Density and product efficiency
  • Properly Identify processing problems and make necessary corrections to minimize rejects and downtime in a timely manner
  • Assist Operator in Pour Table Set up and Start up
  • Accurately adjust laminator height to attain finished product thickness that is within product specifications
  • Conduct Quality Assurance Line Checks of product (including core density, board density and thickness)
  • Complete necessary paperwork for position including reject reports and production reports
