Starting as a Dishwasher to becoming a Kitchen Manager, learning food and bar prep as well as gaining Front of House experience as a Barback and Food Runner, I feel I have gained a holistic knowledge of bar and kitchen operations that I dearly appreciate and take with me into any new environment. I deeply appreciate the collaborative atmosphere that a kitchen provides, I also really enjoy the creativity that goes into creating menu items. I have put on multiple seasonal specials at Hey Love. I constantly strive for dedication, focus, and forward-thinking and learned these valuable skills working in fast-paced kitchens. I’m skilled at staying productive while still maintaining attention to detail in high-stress situations and maintaining calmness in busy times.
