Key responsibilities include training new hires, creating work schedules, inspecting completed tasks, ordering supplies, and handling maintenance reports and emergency cleanups. Maintain records, such as work orders or employee hours.

Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and order in buildings by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, emptying trash, cleaning/sanitizing restrooms, (restock soap, paper towels, toilet paper)dusting, polishing surfaces, washing windows, and restocking supplies, plus handling minor repairs (light bulbs, clogs) and reporting needed major maintenance to ensure a safe, presentable, and functional environment.
